After studying hundreds of teams in close to a hundred organizations and in over a hundred classroom teams we have verified that teamwork requires participants to develop new ways of thinking, new ways of managing emotions, new ways of communicating with others, and new ways of operating.
This can happen naturally when people are selected to teams, but most require rigorous education and training. We provide that education and training.
How we operate:
We have developed several copyrighted techniques and published them in rigorous peer review scholarly journals, indicating that our work is new, original, and represents a way forward in serving the vast constituency of employers. These techniques include:
- Gaming to achieve breakthrough thinking in teams.
- Developing teamwork intelligence (i.e., thinking and operating as a collaborative, innovative work unit).
- Designing the workspace as an engine of implementation.
Why might you be interested in this product?
You should talk to us if your workplace completes important work dedicated to teams, and your ideas and plans, and the investments are often challenged by the reality of implementation. What are you buying?
We will begin by working with your employees who work in teams. We will work with
them to improve their teamwork (four sessions of three-hours a week). Based on the
improvements they demonstrate in terms of the results they produce, we can work with you in transforming your organization into an implementation dynamo.
What does it cost?
Our pricing is based on working with one team of 3-6 people as a cohort. That team will be engaged for three hours a week for four weeks. For each team, the four sessions are priced at $15,000.
