After studying hundreds of teams in organizations and classrooms, we have verified that teamwork requires participants to develop new ways of thinking, new ways of managing emotions, new ways of communicating with others, and new ways of operating.
This can happen naturally when people are selected to teams, but most require rigorous education and training. We provide that education and training.
How we operate:
We have developed several copyrighted techniques and published them in rigorous peer reviewed scholarly journals, indicating that our work is new and original, and represents a way forward in serving a wide variety of employers. These techniques include:
- Gamified exercises to achieve breakthrough thinking in teams.
- Developing teamwork intelligence (i.e., thinking and operating as a collaborative, innovative work unit).
- Designing the workspace as an engine of implementation.

You should talk to us if your workplace completes important work using permanent or semi-permanent teams, and your ideas, plans, and investments are often challenged by the reality of implementation. What are you buying?
We offer three in-person sessions that can be accessed either alone or as a combined and discounted package. In short, they are:
- The Escape Room Experience (ERE): One 3 hour session
- A gamified set of exercises designed and verified to produce transformative learning in team members.
- Collaboration Training: One 2.5 hour session
- The collaboration session trains your employees towards learning milestones in how to collaborate effectively, producing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral learning.
- Implementation Training: One 2.5 hour session
- The implementation training helps participants learn about effective communication within teams as projects move towards the full implementation stage. This training shows them how to use those skills and turn them toward problem solving and realizing solutions.

What does it cost?
You pay the session fee for each team of 3-6 participants that takes the training.
- One session: $8,000
- Two sessions combined: $14,000
- All sessions combined: $18,000
